How do support groups work?

You can just turn up. No need to book anything, bring anything, prepare, pay or even say anything – just come along, sit down and observe or take part. You’ll find it friendly, welcoming, non pushy and pretty helpful. Whist this video talks about our dads groups (DID’s), it equally applies to our mums groups (MID’s).
